Hong Kong and Macau
Deliveries are free of charge for purchases ofHK$500 or above. For purchases below HK$500, the delivery charge will be HK$50per order. Customers can expect their delivery to arrive in 3 - 7 working days.
Taiwan
Deliveries are free of charge for purchases of HK$1,000or above. For purchases below HK$1,000, the delivery charge will be HK$60 per order. Customers can expect their delivery to arrive in 5 - 14 working days.
* For any orders shipping to Taiwan, customers should complete the real-name authentication for customs clearance before placing the order with us. The Chinese full name and personal ID number of the recipient are also be required for delivery arrangement.
Singapore
Deliveries are free of charge for purchases of HK$2,000or above. For purchases below HK$2,000, the delivery charge will be HK$150 per order. Customers can expect their delivery to arrive in 5 - 14 working days.
Philippines
Deliveries are free of charge for purchases of HK$2,500or above. For purchases below HK$2,500, the delivery charge will be HK$200 per order. Customers can expect their delivery to arrive in 15 - 25 working days.
Please be noted that custom fees, duties or import taxes may occur for overseas orders. Customer is responsible for paying the corresponding charges. Any changes and cancellations are NOT accepted once an order has been placed.
In the event of parcel refusal, multiple delivery failures or non-collection within the timeframe, the parcel(s) will be returned to TUSCAN’S Firenze. The customer will be responsible for paying the corresponding charges.
During peak periods (e.g. Double 11, Black Friday etc.) or special circumstances (such as warehouse stock take, holidays),weather, manpower and other factors might lead to delayed delivery, please wait patiently. The delivery time will also be affected by the capacity of logistic company; it is recommended that customers go to the corresponding logistics company website to find out the latest logistics status of the packages.
